About Me
I love to try out new recipes, often reading through cookbooks(I have over 150) and making adjustments according to my pantry and taste. I like to cook generous amounts and freeze portions for my mom who lives alone several hundred miles away. My hubby is often my assistent with chopping and cleaning, and eating, of course.
