Reviewed Baked Tilapia With Herb Butter

Yummy! I used shitaku, baby portabella, and oyster mushrooms. I also used parsley for the butter. Instead of taking it out of the foil we left it in it and ate it that way. We had all the flavors at every bite. The veggies were so soft and the mushroom flavor really came out. This is definitely a keeper of a recipe.""
