Reviewed Malibu Barbie - Seafood Salad
"This salad was fresh, light and so good. I served it to 5 woman as a starter course and they all wanted the recipe! It is simple to make and the ingredients are easy to find. I made the sauce ahead and just combined it with the chopped ingredients a few minutes before I served it. I used tall martini glasses for my presentation with some shredded lettuce in the bottom instead of the tomatoes. I definite winner!
