Reviewed Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta

"I love this recipe. It's my go to Thanksgiving side dish. Easy to prepare and a hit with dinner guests. I double the recipe for most dinner parties. I've also used bacon when making it for myself and didn't have pancetta on hand. Just had to drain some of the fat. I also let the brussels sprouts boil a little longer, but not too long that they lose their bright green color.
