Reviewed Red Velvet Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting

“I made 18 regular size cupcakes and 24 mini's from 1 batch @ the exact 2/3 full.
I adjusted the cocoa to 1 TBL instead of 1 tsp., for just a little more hint of chocolate flavor. I also used apple cider vineagar, don't know if it made a difference.
The minis baked for only 13 minutes.
