Reviewed Sweet and Salty Bacon and Nuts
"Was a big hit at the Saturday night football game!!!! Next time I make it I will not use the bacon grease and try butter or parchment paper. I think it would make the sweet coating on the nuts stand out more. I started to double the recipe but there is no need to...makes just enough with no left overs and your guest wanting to have the recipe!!"
Reviewed Shrimp and Chorizo in Garlic Sauce
"What a great recipe!!!! I did not have the chorizo pork so I used a pound of pork sausage and a pack of chorizo (sold at Walmart). I drained off the oil from the meat before adding my olive oil. I added more garlic which I love. Added a few dashes of Louisiana hot sauce and a little bit of lemon jest and lemon juice. Would be great over noodl"
"My family simply love these potatoes. I used bacon and fried it before mixing it with the rest of the stuff. I am making it again for Easter dinner but am planning on putting the stuffing into a 9x13 pan. I think it will travel well and it will be easier to serve. I also added some green onions on top for garnish!!!!""
Reviewed Yum Yum Brownie Muffins
"Love this recipe. I made the muffins a little smaller and was able to make two dozen. Perfect chocolate snack!!!!""
Reviewed Mini Spicy Shrimp Salad Sandwiches
"Excellent !!!!! The only thing I did different was I sauted my shrimp with the jalapeno and some fresh garlic. The sweet onion jam is to best and I used it on my turkey burgers the next nite !!!! ""
Reviewed Crispy Tuscan Kale
"Simply love these!!!!! Trying to watch my sodium so instead I grated some garlic and mixed with white pepper and olive oil. I could not find the tuscan kale, I used what was available in my area. ""
