This recipe is light and not overly sweet. However, based on other reviews and my past attempts at key lime pie, I made some adjustments. I used regular limes, not key limes (couldn't find in the store), which turned out fine. I added 1 tbsp of lime zest for added zip, and 1/2 tsp of rum and 1/2 tsp of vanilla for more depth.
