I agree with the below post about when first made..not so good but after sitting in the fridge for a couple of hours and then just adding a few fresh crispy crackers it was really a good side dish for our brisket!!! oh and i did add two eggs instead of one and a dash of celery salt....""

after reading all these reviews I thought this would be fantastic....but I have to say it's okay if you happen have the stuff around and just need to use it before it goes bad..and a great idea to use saltines....I had bought a huge box from sams and no one ate them so I had to do something with them, however I would not just make this just beca...
