Reviewed Smothered Mushrooms and Kale

I just tried this and the only thing I changed was added 1/2 a T. more butter because I had such a big pan, and I put in some diced shallots (gotta try that folks. This was beyond delicious and I'm now a big fan of kale. It really is set off with the Marsala and mushrooms mucho tasty!!!! I'm making another big pan of this tomorrow!!!"
