Reviewed Pork Chops Stuffed with Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Spinach

Really tasty, and quite easy to make! I seared the chops then baked for 20 minutes at 400. I didn't think it needed the gravy which needed a little flour otherwise was watery but it was good with and would be a nice topping if you we're eating this with mashed potatoes or pasta. I look forward to trying this recipe with chicken breasts as well!"
