"Really tasty, and quite easy to make! I seared the chops then baked for 20 minutes at 400. I didn't think it needed the gravy which needed a little flour otherwise was watery but it was good with and would be a nice topping if you we're eating this with mashed potatoes or pasta. I look forward to trying this recipe with chicken breasts as well!"

"I'm giving it 4 because I've made it before and it was very good! I wanted to share a healthy way I just made it tonight that turned out really good and was very low-cal. I used low fat ricotta and mixed it with the spinach and added chopped broccoli. Omitted the 1 cup parmesan and pancetta (didn't notice a difference with leaving parmesan out-did""
