"Yummeee! The only thing I changed was putting in 3 cups of shredded carrots instead of 2 1/2, because I shredded that much and thought what would it hurt? Reviewed French Onion Soup

"We loved this recipe! We only put in half a cup of Cabernet and it was perfect! However,
next time we will add 2 cups water to the stock. It became very concentrated and ultra rich. Otherwise I think we FINALLY found our French Onion soup recipe. "
