Great Asian Slaw from scratch. A well balanced collection of flavors in the sauce. Will absolutely make this salad again."

Excellent recipe. Butcher was out of bone in ribs, so opted for 4lbs short ribs without bone. Same tender results. I added 3 chopped carrots to onion sauté. This helped thicken the sauce when it was time to puree sauce. I was afraid the sauce would lack flavor so I also added a few sprigs of thyme, glad I did! I prepared Tyler Florence's creamy ""

I was hoping for a knockout version of my favorite comfort sweet and was a bit disappointed. The cake was fluffy which some may not like, but was my favorite part of the dessert. Very good cheesecake. Did not disappoint, but could be a light more fluffy? I didn't make the sauce since the cheesecake was already very rich. Thanks to previous reviews suggesting the water bath while baking. I did so with this cake and resulted in only slight crack ing (which sour cream topping covered). I made her pumpkin cheesecake without t...

Reviewed Pumpkin Cheesecake

This is by far a must have for the holiday dessert table! The pumpkin adds a much needed fluffiness a cheesecake is not commonly known for. I also made Paula's regular cheesecake and it was good, not great. Like previous reviews, you must give the cake a water bath while baking or you will have larger cracks than the Grand Canyon!""

Great recipe. I did double the amount listed for anchovies and still thought it needed more, and I'm not into anchovies too much. Overall good go to for a solid caesar dressing.""
