These brownies were great just the way they were written. The second time around I experimented to make them gluten free and subbed the white flour for quinoa flour (found at health food coop bulk section or Bobs Red Mill). Also, I didn't have 2 sticks of butter so I did half butter half canola oil. Before baking I sprinkled with chocolate chip"
