"What an awesome party spread! I agree with adding not just the lettuce--but tomatoes and onions too--at the last minute to maximize freshness. Absolutely wonderful on toasted slices of baguette.

Love to cook and eat....obviously Like movies, music, hiking, books and a thousand other things. And I like a fancy meal as much as the next guy, but am a firm believer that food (cooking) does not need to be complicated or elaborate to be successful, just good and tasty.
Favorite Foods
Italian, German and Greek, strawberries, nectarines, and just about any kind of cheese! (And I never turn down a nice Pinot Noir)
