This has been a mainstay at our family Christmas champagne brunch. I forego the wonton wrappers due to time constraints. It is both beautiful and delicious and everyone loves it. Emeril's recipe's are the best!

I have made these twice and the flavor is great. After reading the reviews and suggestions from others, I have to agree that the sauce needs to be thickened up with some cornstarch (don't use flour on this type of sauce). In addition, I usually like the depth of flavor that alcohol can give a recipe, but I actually liked this sauce better befor...

I've been baking all day and here is what I've learned about this cookie:
1. Use a baking sheet that has an air cusion and your cookies will not spread out as much-they will look more like the picture.
2. I Baked at 350 degrees in convection oven (325 degrees-375 is too hot. In regular oven don't go over 350 degrees.
