"I've been baking all day and here is what I've learned about this cookie:
1. Use a baking sheet that has an air cusion and your cookies will not spread out as much-they will look more like the picture.
2. I Baked at 350 degrees in convection oven (325 degrees-375 is too hot. In regular oven don't go over 350 degrees.
