Yum. Really good. Made it for a Mexican cook out and everyone asked for the recipe. Watch the chipotle salt. You do not need that much. Do not dump the whole amount they have mix up. Add a little chipotle/salt mixture and keep tasting to make it as hot as you want. This will be a go to recipe.

Yuck.....I love Ina recipes but this was bad. Followed the recipe. $200+ for the recipe. Live in Minneapolis MN. Great stores Whole F**ds was sold out out of seafood stock. Stood out side at a fish market in -3 for 30 minutes. Was looking forward to a special holiday dinner but it was really bad. My daughter as for her left overs from the restaurant...
