New Englander to the core but try to watch the calories, so use a lot of non-fat H/H without a lot of loss of taste. Love the Emeril recipe with leeks and a carrot and some white wine in addition to everything Anne has here - my go-to recipe for CC even though he is not my favorite chef. Use won ton skins (sold in the refrigerator section of supermarket), and these are even easier. This is THE classic recipe which I will be making tonight, and also fried cabbage/onion mixture per my daughter's request. The filling possibilities are endless - just depends on personal preference.

Haven't tried the recipe, but sounds good/basic/simple as carpacciao should be (unlike Emeril's recipe).

I think this website needs to get its doo-doo together and get rid of the spammers. I hardly ever come here anymore since FN changed its format and now allows this BS which has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with reviewing recipe. I, for one, am just about done here.
