I love to cook, ofcourse I come from an Italian family. I work as a cardiac nurse,so there are times that I tweak recipes to make them alittle healthier. I love to try new things and new techniques. I am a very adventureous eater and will try just about anythingonce. I watch food network all the time. My TV seldom leaves the channel. I have southern roots being from Georgia and living in Tennessee now. I love to watch all the shows and hosts. I especially love Bobby, Paula, Giada, Ina and Rachael. I love Iron Chef, and Chopped. I just love Food Network.
