I had some beautiful artisanal ricotta and was looking for a recipe to use it in. I used the basics of this one, but made some major substitutions. The best meatloaf I have ever made. The sauce makes it awesome. My daughter is gluten sensitive, so substituted gluten free panko and it was perfect. This is something I will make again and again!"
