Reviewed Salisbury Steaks with French Onion Gravy

Very tasty dinner! I made the recipe as is, except for substituting fresh thyme for the dried, since I have thyme growing in a pot outside my kitchen. The meat was very tender and moist, and the onion gravy was a wonderful topping for the meat and the potatoes. This recipe is a definite keeper, but I still can't make Rachel's recipes in 30 minutes"
