I am Director of Marketing & Development for the University of Arizona's School of Theatre, Film & Television. Cooking is a hobby for me & I'm inspired by the fact that it can bring so many people together at one table.
Favorite Foods
I enjoy just about anything from scratch that's cooked with love. I always love a homemade chili with a bunch of great spices, just about anything Italian, pasta dishes with cheese, my grandmothers French meat pie, finger-lickin' BBQ & grilled vegetables - especially zucchini & eggplant. That said, I'm actually known for my baking - & I confess that I love sweets. My favorite restaurant is Piazza Gavi on Kolb/Sunrise in Tucson.
