"Not a good shrimp scampi recipe, and not sure why so many liked it. First of all, be very careful when you salt the shrimp. I love salt, and I always use a little in my "layers," but I don't think local, wild-caught shrimp require much salt. In addition to the shrimp being too salty, the dish was very bland as a previous reviewer mentioned. "
