Reviewed Croque Monsieur

The flavor was good, but I think that's mostly due to the delicious bread I found. I had too much cheese sauce and couldn't get it to broil properly and in the end it was a tasty, gooey mess. I would have preferred a more browned and crisp exterior. I probably won't try this again, but I can imagine it being quite a treat if broiled properly. "

This is great. I use swiss because I have picky little ones but it's still delicious. I've made it a few times and haven't had any problems. I love that crunchy brown topping, yum!"

This recipe is delicious. I've made it several times over the years. It's a great recipe to make if you have family coming over, cause you can make it ahead of time and clean up before everyone arrives. And you will be doing a lot of cleaning, cause there seems to be a lot of dishes involved. I make it with ground chuck and canned sauce. Make"

I made these for a children's end of the year party and I had high hopes but they just weren't very good. They rose, they cooked perfectly, and I loved the frosting but the cupcake was just so bland. My husband couldn't even tell that they were intended to be chocolate. My little ones didn't seem to mind, but I wouldn't make these for adults to"

These were a little labor intensive, but fun to make...and best of all, amazing! I used a recipe from Paula Deen for cream cheese frosting because I had it left over in the fridge. I can't wait to make these again, but hopefully to give to a friend or neighbor cause we ended up eating the whole pan! Also should mention that I got a pretty nasty"

This is an easy, delicious recipe. I love that you can make the topping in a mixer instead of by hand. I wasn't watching it closely, however, and it became stuck in a ball. I just removed it from the mixer and added pieces of the dough back in more gradually with more flour and sugar. I'll probably add 1/2 the zest next time. All things consi"

Excellent apple pie. I use less than half of the apple sauce (maybe 6 oz) and twice the crumble topping. I've made this several times and everyone loves it!"
