My husband loved this recipe.This is from a man who would not comment if I roasted a Rhinoceros! Like you Giada I tweeked it a bit. I ommited the meat and added blanched broccoli ( from the Farmer's Market) and drained diced tomatoes in the layers.It was beautiful and yummy. Try it .You'll love it."
