Reviewed Indian Summer Stew: Butternut Squash, Coconut, and Lentil Stew

A very flavorful dish, I fried my cumin & turmeric in a little oil before adding to the pot. I doubled the dried chillis & doubled the mustard seeds (personal preference). Served with poppadoms it was delicious - definitely a keeper.
