Amazing.... made this twice in one week. the first time I did not have the sambal, fresh cilantro, soya or sprouts. I think my version was so much better. I used soy sauce, Asian hot sauce, dry parsley and no sprouts. The first time I serviced it over Jasmine rice. Mine was so much better.

I made this for thanksgivings, it was a hit, I did not see the show so I baked it at the end, then happen to see the show and was shocked to see that he did not bake the dish, but, brown the crumbs on top of the stove. Still a very good dish.

Sorry Sunny, I love you girl but, this was nasty, I love capers and was really looking forward to eating this. Too much butter sauce, it was soggy, and running, and I tried to brown the top, because it was beige and nasty looking, the swiss chard was nice. I love sole and caper, and butter, walnut, parmesan cheese, It should have been a hit. Oh, love...
