Reviewed Cinnamon-Chocolate Fudge
"After having and making many different variations of fudge, this is by far my favorite. I made the recipe with Ghiradelli Bittersweet chips and I did omit the vanilla since I am not a fan, other than that I followed the recipe to the "T". The fudge melts in your mouth and the consistency is perfect. The background flavor of cinnamon gives this fudge a feeling of warmth that is perfect for the fall. The kosher salt on top makes you anticapate the next bite. This was so easy to make and even easier to eat!! Thanks Giada-I love all of your ideas and enjoy trying out your recipes:)
