"Nice, tasty recipe. It is a very simple version that has a lot of flavor. I have to agree with Panedoras comment about the house seasoning issue. I did a few adjustments, but if you don't know how to cook, ignore. Also, before commenting on lard, do some research. It is how fried chicken has been made for years. Changes: I did brine chicken"
