While the taste was wonderful, and it was easy and quick to prepare, I have to say what a waste of panko and parmesan cheese! I only was making 2 breasts but even eyeing it gave me a sense to do even less than half of 3/4 cup each. I used 1/4 cup each of panko and parmesan cheese and there was so much left over!
