About Me

People don't know what real healthy quality food is. I am mindful of what I put in my body, have a simple way of eating. Eating cereal is awful but people think it's healthy. People criticize me for eating eggs but it is much healthier and natural. The food pyramid is all wrong! Grains are not very healthy for you, it should be limited- it swells not just your intestine but also your joints. I could just go on and on about this. I eat a lot of meat, seafood, vegetables, fruits...that's all you really need. I drink whole milk and love cheese-hey in moderation. If you are trying to lose weight, it's simple: stay low on the carbs, keep off the breads, pasta and rice (it's cheap bad food). I rather spend a little extra money on grass fed beef and pasture eggs now then pay tons of money when I'm old and sick on health care bills. Cooking is a hassle when you have a family and a full time job but you have to do it if you are mindful of what you put in your body. You can't be lazy if you want to be healthy.

Favorite Foods

Roasted chicken with vegetables- it's easy and tasty.
