For the amount of effort I would give these 5 stars, but they aren't quite as good as real donuts, but JUST about! Quick and soft and squishy. I thought they would be cake like, but they are soft like yeast donuts. ""

As written (for me) this recipe was pretty good. I LOVE the texture of the muffin but to me, there was almost no taste at all. I think next time I will double the spices.
