“Great pie! And I learned how to make home made Salt-Caramel. It did take a long time to make (but the first time always does) and I didn't wait 4 hours for the caramel to cool. I waited 10 min and mixed the bananas in warm caramel, and then I placed it int he fridge. I didn't have time to wait for 4 hours....Oops,but it still tasted great!

It's much easier than I expected, although I would have liked my chicken more coated in fried grease, so I recommend more Crisco than only 1/2 Cup.
