On my second attmpt AT THE CORRECT TEMP, I have successfully reached the rolled up in the tea towel stage. I think it will be fine. Looking forward to the end results! My first try was at 350 for some crazy reason. I think half the errors on some recipes are b/c we misread."

Well, If one would read the directions as they are printed, unlike me, maybe everything would turn out fine. I read them...I really did. I don't know where that 400 degree oven came from. My eyes must have read it, but my mind automatically pre-heat the oven to 350. I thought 8 - 10 minutes was a very short time. 8 Min. @ 350...no way........"
