Delish! I used a jelly roll pan and 40 crackers fit in it perfectly. You can mold the foil around the saltines to make it a snug fit. Make sure the butter and brown sugar combine completely. Larger chocolate chips work....I let them sit till melted and then spread it out to coat the whole top. Yum! "

These are delish! However, I made changes just like, "supremebaker", one of the other viewers, did to make it a tad bit healthier. I also substituted 1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt in place of one stick of butter, I added 3/4 tsp vanilla, 1/2 tsp salt, only used 1-1/4 cups of sugar in the batter and sprinkled Demura sugar on top of the muffins before"

Had this for dinner tonight...delish! Thanks Ina for another great recipe. I used one whole chicken plus 2 additional thighs, 2 additional legs and 2 more wings and all five of us enjoyed it...finger lick'n good :-). I did cut down on the oil and seasoned with salt to taste. Next time I will use one cup of stock as this does make a lot."

I have not tried the recipe as of yet but I will. I wanted to comment on the background music in which Foodnetwork plays during the cooking show. Perhaps they can lower the sound as it is very distracting and overpowering and should be heard lightly in the background. ""

I would like to comment on Foodnetwork and the "loud" music in which they play during the shows segment. The music overpowers Arti's voice that it becomes so annoying to listen to.
