"Made a bunch of these (80). Great taste. Made a couple of changes based on other reviews. I didn't add any butter. I only brought them to 275 degrees (soft crack. I made one batch brought to 300 degrees (hard crack but they became a darker carmel color with a more pronounce carmel flavor. I also found that the lollipops made with red, orange"
