Made this last night with shrimp...omited the proscuitto, used sherry instead of pernod and added some extra panko. AMAZING!! I also made one bigger gratin for 2 of us using 3/4 lbs of large was so easy and so delicious!! I will be making this again this weekend for a dinner party. "
