Reviewed Marinara Sauce

"This is a basic, but excellent recipe for a marinara sauce. I used it in eggplant parmesan and it was fabulous.

I added 1 tablespoon of sugar instead of 1/2 teaspoon because it was too sour/acidy, and then I blended it. After that, it was PERFECT!""

Reviewed Cilantro Chicken and Spicy Thai Noodles

"This was SO GOOD! It took me longer than the indicated time says, but it was WELL worth the time! :) I found the seasoned rice vinegar and green curry paste at Whole Foods and I substituted the chicken for scallops. Making it again tonight with chicken breast :)""

Reviewed Fettuccini Alfredo with Zucchini Ribbons

"Very tasty! I only cook for 2 so I added only 1 zucchini, thinking it would be too much, but next time I will add 2 zucchinis in order to get the lower-carb-effect. I added shrimp & cooked them with the sauce. The sauce wasn't the same as the full-fat version, but it was delicious all the same. Left overs were delicious! :)""

Reviewed Sweet and Sour Chicken

"This was excellent! I followed other recommendations and tossed the chicken with some cornstarch before pan frying it. I also added the ginger to the sauce since it didn't indicate where to add it and threw in a clove of garlic for good measure. It was very tasty and just like chinese take-out :) My husband was impressed!""
