Reviewed I Can't Believe It's Not Potato Salad!

This "potato" salad was amazing! I didn't use the coffee creamer or the fresh herbs (added a lil dried herbs instead) and only had low-fat versions of the mayo and sour cream and it turned out perfect. It's a nice lower carb option to true potato salad and much healthier!"

I loved this recipe it turned out to be a perfect consistency. However even though I left out the sugar, the sauce was still a little "sweet" tasting and I'm thinking the cinnamon is the culprit. I reduced the amount stated but I think omitting it is the answer to the problem. Other than it being a bit sweet, I liked it overall :)""

I was pleasantly surprised that I liked this recipe. The only recommendation I would have is to save the pasta water!! Add a little bit after everything is combined, it adds that much needed moisture to the dish. Otherwise it was quite tasty, I substituted cheese and garlic croutons and it turned out great :)"
