Amazing! This recipe was unbelievable. My husband and I, both loved it very much. It's a great dish to make when you want to serve chicken to company. It was a bit labor intensive, but worth the effort. Thanks so much!"

Very good, although I found it to be a bit too salty. If using the anchovy paste, as I did, I would eliminate the salt in the sauce and also only salt one side of the fish next time. Other than that, it was perfect and very yummy. Great for company as well. I used halibut instead of bass.
