DONT DO IT! there is something definitely not right with this recipe!! only 1 1/3 C flour for all that milk?!.... AND 1/2 stick butter!?!? i even tried sprinkling more flour on top of the already made batter to try to thicken it, but it didnt work. Im not sure why everyone rates this so high.

Delicious and a snap to make. I did find that doubling the recipe would have been more appropriate for more than 3 people. ( this made 6 perfect crepes - 2 each)
The only thing is: a lead time of a day or hour prior sometimes doesnt work for us - we're impulsive! But it's clearly necessary because of their light & delicate texture.

naturally AB hit this out of the park! use it every year; doesn't matter if its a $4.50lb free range organic bird or a .33 /lb supermarket one.
this will easily give you rock star status!
i use a colman cooler! its easier! and its a "multitasker!" ;)
