Reviewed Coconut Sour-Cherry Granola

"I have made this granola twice now and both times I followed the recipe exactly. The recipe is meant to have a whole Tbs of salt to play off the sweetness of the sugar and maple syrup as well as the tart cherries. It's the perfect combination!"

Reviewed Blueberry Frozen Yogurt

"I made this last night and followed the directions exactly. The flavor was delicious but the consistency was not anything like Giada's. I knew it wouldn't be as smooth as commercial frozen yogurt but what I have is so icy, I can't even scoop it. It's more like a granita. Even so, I'd make it again for the amazing flavor!""

Reviewed Linguine with Avocado and Arugula Pesto

"This recipe was delicious! Very creamy. You definitely need to add some pasta water because it is much thicker than regular pesto. I only added the juice of one lime so not to make it too sour. My only dissapointment was that you really can't have this as leftovers. It turned brown the very next morning. Definitely worth making again though,"
