Reviewed Perfect Pot Roast

Made this roast today and it was by far the best ever!!!! Made exactly as recipe said, used a 4 1/2 lb roast and had in oven for 5 hrs. Took the advice of another reviewer and used my immulsion blender to blend the carrots and onions into the broth. Made the most delicious gravy ever and didn't need any thickening. This will definitely be my "go "
