This recipe has become staple in our household. For health reasons I used home-made bread crumbs and olive oil spray instead of the butter. I am an experienced home cook, with a food savvy hard to please family. Everyone raved and thought it was way above the usual dinner type meals. The only changes I made were removing the skin from the chicken and using brown rice (health reasons). It is a multi step recipe so I would suggest making the garlic paste and chopping the veggies ahead....
