" I am an experienced home cook, with a food savvy hard to please family. Everyone raved and thought it was way above the usual dinner type meals. The only changes I made were removing the skin from the chicken and using brown rice (health reasons). It is a multi step recipe so I would suggest making the garlic paste and chopping the veggies ahead. I agree with previous reviewer that this is even better the next day. In addition, the recipe is very versatile and could be used as a stepping point for other dishes. As for the negative reviews, this is not a recipe for the beginner cook.
