Reviewed Homemade Ricotta with Apricots and Walnuts

This recipe is great tasting, but COOKS beware. If you're using an Electric Stove top it takes almost 45 minutes to get any curds. For the first time making this wonderful tasting Ricotta, I added more cream, milk, lemon thinking I was doing something wrong.
