Reviewed Garlic Sauteed Spinach

"This was so quick and easy! The garlic smells great and is lovely in the dish. If I didn't use my Le Creuset Dutch oven I think it would have been harder to clean. Some of the spinach stuck to the bottom.

Reviewed Spiced Cocktail Nuts

"This is like candy to me...I cant stop eating it. YUM!! You might be able to get away with out using the Cardamom if your really worried about the cost of it. I used it and am happy I did. I plan on making these for so many different occasions like holidays and for me just to snack on. I love them!

Reviewed Lasagna Rolls

"I did the spreading of the mixture wrong...I spread it across the entire noodle instead of just at one end. They still turned out great! Using a potato ricer to squeeze all the water out of the spinach really helps. I think :-D

Reviewed Chocolate Ganache Cupcakes

"I bought a chocolate cake mix from the store and added in some coffee to the mix...baked...and then made the ganache. Its so shiny and beautiful! Taste wise I was not a big fan but I can judge fairly because I store bought the mix. I don't think I would try the actual recipe though.
