"I didn't read the reviews till after we'd eaten this polenta, but I was licking the spoon when I took it out of the oven to stir it (cleaned the spoon each time!) and found it salty just from the broth, so I never added any salt at all. It was delicious."
Reviewed Gomae - Japanese Style Spinach Salad
"I love the boiled for one minute method of preparing spinach and will use this from now on. I used 3 tbsp. tahini instead of toasting and grinding the seeds, as the recipe recommended. I also didn't salt the spinach water, and I used low sodium soy sauce. Delish!!!"
