Hailing from south Louisiana, this meal is served often in our home. I chose this recipe because of the source. Generally speaking, it has all the right ingredients EXCEPT FOR THE SALT...way too salty. The disclaimer concerning an untested recipe should have been a red flag. Adjust the salt & this should be an excellent recipe.""
