Excellent sauce. I used it on Maryland style crab cakes and it was a real winning combination! I just used lemon juice in the sauce, and about 1-1/2 cloves of garlic. I wasn't sure if the recipe was calling to use the whole lemon in the food processor, or just the juice. I think it would too sour or tangy if you use the zest as well. Just my tas...

Pretty tasty recipe..I've used over salmon and crab cakes, and it works well with both. I've even served it cold over cold poached salmon. Very good and versatile as well! I've got to give it 5 stars....""

Very good recipe from my neighbor Marylander at Turf Valley Resort. Instead of 2 lbs of jumbo lump crab, you can use 1 lb of lump along with 1 lb of regular crab meat and it will also help hold it together as well. I like this recipe, and have added it to my recipes- yum!"

Very tasty Ceasar recipe. As a variation, you can add a tablespoon of mayo to make it a little creamy. I've also made it with and without anchovies, and its great either way. Enjoy this real Ceasar dressing. Can also add a little radiccio to the ramaine lettuce to add a little zing!"

Great recipe- the family loves it and it is quick and easy to make. One minor tweak I make is to I use about 1/2 - 2/3 cup of wine instead of a full cup. Giada's recipes rock! :> Enjoy...
