Reviewed Chicken Cacciatore
"Loved it! I used boneless breasts and they were so juicy and tender. The sauce was fabulous (used crushed tomatoes) and seasoned perfectly. Great job Anne.

Reviewed Mushroom-Stuffed Pork Chops with Vermouth Sauce
"My husband told me it was the best pork chop he had ever eaten. I sauteed the remaining mushrooms and a yellow squash, finishing it with a splash of Vermouth. It was the perfect combination. This is definitely a meal I would make for a dinner party!

Reviewed Garlic Chicken in Casserole with Israeli Couscous
"This was a fun recipe to tackle. It took a bit longer than posted but it turned out delicious. I used Chicken breasts and lifted the skin to brush the marinade mix on. I loved how you could really taste all of the different elements in the couscous and the chicken. I really felt like a chef with this dish. My only negative would be the marinade burned a bit so in the future, I will use boneless cuts and watch it closely. "

Reviewed Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon
"OMG! Saw them make it on Worst Cooks and had to try it. Super simple to do. The pine nuts were nice and browned and incredible tasting. Be careful not to let them stay in oven past 5 minutes though. Served them with pan seared ribeye steak. My husband was impressed. Thanks Anne, you're the best!
Reviewed Slow-Cooker Pork Tacos
"After reading the reviews on this recipe yesterday, I decided to make it today. Of course, here in podunk Iowa, we don't have access to the right kind of peppers in January but I made due with a combination of others. Whatever I used, it worked! This is a delicious recipe that can easily be made the day before. We rolled burritos instead of tacos. You must try this recipe!
