Reviewed Sausage and Herb Stuffed Clams

I suppose this dish might be easy if you know how to shuck clams. I had never done it before, so it was a little bit tricky for me. I used hot Italian sausage, so I skipped the sauce and the recipe came out great. The recipe doesn't say if you should use the juice from the clams, but I added some of it for extra clam flavor. My wife loved the dish"
